One with a fully zippered panel and a zipper pocket, the other with an open panel to be closed using two adjustable clips closure and a zipper pocket. Lock: Integrated TSA Approved Lock that allows airport security to open and inspect the luggage, without damaging the bag, using a special universal key used by the TSA only.
