What is your Return Policy?
We stand by our products and offer a 60-day money back, no questions asked guarantee on all our products. However, we do require that you return all products in the same condition in, which you received it. This means, all manuals and documentations, the same box in which the product came in, and the product should be in 100% good condition.
Returns are free on Tumi, Briggs & Riley, Jack Georges, ALEON, Nomatic, Hartmann and BRIC'S. For all other brands, return shipping is paid by the customer, or we can provide a discounted return label that's deducted from your refund. If we made a mistake with your order, return shipping is on us.
We do accept returns on all electronic items that have been purchased within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If defective, a full refund can be given or exchange for the same product.
