To see if your status of your order, simply log on to BagdUp.com and click on My Accounts. Once there, you will see your entire order history and the status of your order. It will say either Pending, Shipped, or Complete. Pending: We have received your order and is waiting to be shipped Shipped: Your order has been processed and a shipping label has been placed. Complete: Your order has been delivered and signed by you.
To track your order, simply log on to BagdUp.com and in the top navigation menu, you will see a link called 'Track Your Order'. You will need your order #, email address, and shipping zip code to get the tracking of your order. There you will see a tracking number if your item has been shipped. You can simply click on that link and it will take you directly to the carrier's tracking site, which will then give you the exact location of your package. Also, you can track your package from the email which is sent to you when your order(s) is shipped.
BagdUp.com ships packages using UPS from our warehouses. Generally, it can take up to 6 days for your package to be delivered. We are shipping from across the US so the closer you are to that shipping lcoation, the quicker you are more likely to get your package. If you are using a premium service, such as UPS Second Day Air, you can expect your order to arrive 2 days after your order has been shipped from our warehouses. We normally ship out all orders within 1-3 business days.
If your order has not been arrived as yet there are a few ways you can go about this. You can log in to your account to see if your order has been shipped on the date you think it was shipped on. Check the tracking number once again to see if it is correct and see what the status says on the UPS website. Finally, you can contact us and we will be glad to assist you with any questions you may have.
If you wish to cancel an item after you have placed the order, but has not been processed yet, you can simply e-mail us at orders@BagdUp.com or call us toll free (866)-2243878 and tell us that you would like to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped, we will be more than happy to assist you in canceling your order.
To create an account with BagdUp.com, simply go to https://bagdup.com and on the home page you will see a link to sign up today. By clicking that, you will be linked to a registration page, where you can quickly and easily enter your contact information. Of course there is no purchase necessary, unlike some other web sites.
After Logging in, you will see a link on the welcome screen, which will ask allow you to update your profile. By clicking on "My Account" you will be able to edit any of your information.
Of course being that you have so many other passwords on your mind, we have created a simple and secure solution for this problem. By pointing your browser to http://www.BagdUp.com you will see that on the bottom of our homepage, you will see a link for "My Account." Simply click on this and it will take you a "Forgot Your Password" link where in just a few clicks you can retrieve your BagdUp.com password, which you entered upon registration. Once complete, your password will be emailed to the email address that you registered with.
We stand by our products and offer a 60-day money back, no questions asked guarantee on all our products. However, we do require that you return all products in the same condition in, which you received it. This means, all manuals and documentations, the same box in which the product came in, and the product should be in 100% good condition. We do accept returns on all electronic items that have been purchased within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If defective, a full refund can be given or exchange for the same product. Oversized items typically include 22''-30'' uprights or items in height of 22'' or more.
Alaska and Hawaii shipments must be made buy UPS second Day Air only.
UPS does not ship items to PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
Please note that shipping charges may still apply on refused shipments or incorrect addresses

We guarantee that our items are always in stock, however due to some seasonal demands or influx of orders we may run out of stock of items unexpectedly. We charge your credit card immediately when your order has been received by us and then begin to process and ship your order within 2 business days. Currently, BagdUp.com is registered in the state of New Jersey and only taxes residents of New Jersey. The other 49 states are not taxed at all as We want to pass on any savings to you as much as we can.
If you need a copy of your invoice since it may not be in the box you receive, you can sign in to your account and print one out. You will see your itemized order along with the amount and any discount you received. You can then print that our for your own records. If you don't have access to the web for any reason, please contact us by our toll free number and we will be glad to post mail or fax you a copy.
