Founded in 1882 by French-Canadian immigrant Camille Poirier, our brand has a rich history of outfitting rugged workers in the northern forests of Minnesota. Poirier's innovative "C. Poirier Pack Sack" design, patented on December 12th, 1882, remains an integral part of our product line, including the enduring #2 Original Pack.
